Terms and Conditions

ACCBank has revised the Terms and Conditions of its Current Account, Demand Deposit Account, Variable Deposit Accounts and Electronic Business Banking (EBB) service to comply with the Payment Services Directive. These new Terms and Conditions will apply from 1 November 2009 and are available for you to review at the links below.

The Payment Services Directive is a regulatory initiaitive which will regulate payment services and payment service providers (as defined in the Directive) throughout the European Union/European Economic Area. The Payment Services Directive is effective from 1 November 2009.
